My two boys, ages 11 and 12, LOVED this place! They took two friends and by far, the Dodgeball court was their favorite place. It is an impressive facility once you get by the front desk which leaves much to be desired. I hope that because the place is new, the issues will be resolved. It is sad to see such an incredible place with so much potential falling very short in the reception area and concessions. We’ll go back and my son wants to have his birthday party there but I won’t use any of their party plans as it’s very basic and priced too high for what you get. The front counter people need serious customer service training and more organization.
